USE PERMIT REQUEST FOR A MINI-STORAGE FACILITY LOCATED AT SOUTHWEST WEST CORNER OF W WILLIS ROAD AND W MOUNTAIN VISTA DRIVE
- Conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a Use Permit for a storage facility on an approximately 9.12 acres parcel, located at southwest corner of W Willis Road and S Mountain Vista Drive, within the Montecito PAD (Planned Area Development) District.
- Recommend approval of the request for a Use Permit for a storage facility on portions of Lots 9.32, 9.37 and 9.38 of the Montecito Land Use Map, within the 2022 Regulatory Standards Booklet adopted by Ordinance 2022-1544 as reflected in the Preliminary Site Plan (the “Property”) subject to stipulations. USE PERMIT FOR A CONVENIENCE USE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SARIVAL AND YUMA, WITHIN PUEBLO VERDE COMMERCIAL
- Conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a Use Permit for a convenience use for a drive-through restaurant on an approximately 1.28-acre portion (the “Property”) of a larger 3.16-acre property zoned Planned Area Development (PAD) with an underlying zoning of C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) located at the southeast corner of Sarival Avenue and Yuma Road within Pueblo Verde Commercial, within the Pueblo Verde PAD.
- Approve the request for a Use Permit for a convenience use for a drive-through restaurant on an approximately 1.28-acre portion legally described in that certain document titled Site Plan for McDonald’s (the “Property”) of a larger 3.16-acre property zoned Planned Area Development (PAD) with an underlying zoning of C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) located at the southeast corner of Sarival Avenue and Yuma Road, within the Pueblo Verde PAD, subject to stipulations. - Recommend approval of a use permit request for a convenience use (QuikTrip convenience store with a gas station) on an approximately 3-acre property zoned Planned Area Development with C-2 General Commercial designation located at southeast corner of 173rd Avenue and Yuma Road legally described in the Preliminary Site Plan for QuikTrip Store #0403 (the “Property”) subject to stipulations.
