Public body members of the city of Goodyear will attend either in person or by telephone conference call and/or video communication. The Goodyear City Council may vote to go into Executive Session, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), which will not be open to the public, to discuss certain matters. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2026-2525 DETERMINING AND ADOPTING THE FINAL ESTIMATES OF PROPOSED REVENUES AND EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF GOODYEAR FOR FY2027 BEGINNING JULY 1, 2026, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2027 AND ADOPTING EXPENDITURES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AWARD FOR FY2027. Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) & (4): For legal advice and consultation and to consider its position and to provide instruction/direction to City Attorney and City Manager regarding city's position in connection with contracts that are the subject of negotiations with the Cleveland Guardians.
