Thank you for participating in your local government and attending the Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting.
Meetings | The meeting will be held at the date, time and location posted in the agenda. Generally, the Board meets on the third Thursdays of the month at 8:00 a.m. as needed. Board members may attend either in person or by telephone conference call and/or video communication.
Public Meeting Access | Members of the public may attend the Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting in person or virtually. Physical access to the meeting location will be open to the public 15 minutes prior to the meeting.
Speakers I Persons wishing to address the Board on matters not on the agenda may do so under Public Comments. Those wishing to speak on items on the agenda may do so when the item is being considered. Please submit a Speaker Card to the Board Secretary prior to the meeting or the announcement of the item. All comments will be limited to three (3) minutes.

| EXECUTIVE SESSION |
Per ARS §38-431.03, upon a public majority vote of the members constituting a quorum, the Goodyear Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board may hold an executive session for any item on the agenda. Executive sessions are not open to the public.
