Thank you for participating in your local government and attending the City Council Subcommittee: Boards, Commissions and Committee Appointments meetings.
Meetings | The meeting will be held at the date, time and location posted in the agenda. The Subcommittee meets as needed to accomplish its purpose.
Public Meeting Access | Members of the public may attend the City Council Subcommittee meeting in person. Physical access to the meeting location will be open to the public 15 minutes prior to the meeting. Public body members may attend meetings in person or participate remotely by telephone conference call or video communication.
Speakers I Persons wishing to address the Subcommittee on matters not on the agenda may do so under Public Comments. Those wishing to speak on items on the agenda may do so when the item is being considered. Please submit a Speaker Card to city staff prior to the meeting or the announcement of the item. All comments will be limited to three (3) minutes.

GOODYEAR YOUTH COMMISSION PROPOSED BYLAW UPDATES
RECOMMENDATION
Recommend approval to the City Council regarding the Goodyear Youth Commission’s proposed bylaw updates to membership cap, officer eligibility, attendance requirements, and participation expectations. (Jeremy Dyck, Neighborhood Services Manager)
INFORMATION ITEMS
Comments, Commendations, Report on Current Events and Presentations by Subcommittee Members, or staff. The members may not propose, discuss, deliberate or take any legal action on the information presented pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02.
