Mayor Lord called the Special Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03 A (3) & (7): Consultation with the City’s Attorney and City Manager to receive legal advice regarding options for the possible acquisition of real estate for a public use generally located near the intersection of Bullard Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road.
Mayor Lord convened the Executive Session at 5:01 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Lord adjourned the Executive Session at 5:35 p.m.
RECONVENING OF SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Lord reconvened the Special Meeting at 6:00 p.m.
