CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 10:15AM.

Review FY2021-22 Community Funding Applications and Determine Funding Recommendations
The Subcommittee reviewed the amount of money available for distribution as well as the parameters that should be considered for each request. The group agreed on the following recommendations for funding totaling $160,200:
1N10 Inc. dba one-n-ten: $1,500
A New Leaf, Inc.: $5,000
Agua Fria Food & Clothing Bank: $15,000
All Faith Community Services: $25,000
Angels on Patrol, Inc.: $2,000
Area Agency on Aging, Region One: $7,200
Arizona Service Project: $2,000
Arizona's Children Association: $8,000
Arizona's Children Coalition: $0
Benevilla: $2,000
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona (BBBSAZ): $2,000
Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley (BGCAZ): $8,000
Bridges Reentry, Inc.: $0
Cancer Support Community Arizona: $0
Catitude Arts: $3,000
Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS): $5,000

There was consensus that donations drives at city events should be limited to food drives for local area food banks only, preferably around the winter holidays.
