Mayor Lord called the Special Meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) & (4): Discussion and consultation with the City Attorney and City Manager to receive an update, to consider its position, and to provide instruction/direction to City Attorney and City Manager regarding City's position in connection with contractual negotiations associated with economic development opportunities.

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3) & (7): Consultation with the City's Attorney and City Manager to receive legal advice and an update regarding options for the possible acquisition of real estate for a public use generally located near the intersection of Litchfield and Yuma Roads.

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3) & (7): Consultation with the City's Attorney and City Manager to receive legal advice and an update regarding options for the possible acquisition of real estate for a public use generally located near the intersection of Bullard Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road.
Mayor Lord convened the Executive Session at 4:32 p.m.
