Oath of Office administerd by the City Clerk to Boardmember Schmelzer, Boardmember Paschen and Boardmember Cox.

Brief update on IDA activities (Doug sandstrom, Finance Director)
Finance Director Doug Sandstrom confirmed that there has been no new activity under the Industrial Development Authority (IDA), there is no outstanding debt or any plans to issue any debt under the IDA.
Finance Director Doug Sandstrom confirmed that the IDA is remaining active in case a future need arises.
There were no questions or comments from Boardmembers.
