MOTION BY Treasurer Robert Manning, SECONDED BY Secretary Guy Farris to APPROVE the draft minutes of the November 24, 2020 meeting. The motion passed as follows:

Reappoint a member of the GVRFRT Board of Trustees with a one-year term ending August 24, 2022.

Discussion, consideration and possible action on the Accounts, Investments and available programs.

Gary Yeager, Financial Planner and Registered Representative, gave a brief update on the account stating that all funds had transferred and the current balance was $729,607. He spoke about allowing members to obtain access via a website to the account. The Board determined they would like to individually have access to the accounts and would also give access to the staff liaison to obtain regular reports.
