CALL TO ORDER
Vice Mayor Hampton called the Special Meeting to order at 5:01 p.m.

A VOTE MAY BE HELD TO CALL AN EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(1): Discussion with the City Manager regarding her annual performance evaluation.
MOTION BY Councilmember Bill Stipp, SECONDED BY Councilmember Wally Campbell to CONVENE an Executive Session. The motion carried as following:

The City Council entered into Executive Session at 5:02 p.m.

Vice Mayor Hampton adjourned the Executive Session at 6:20 p.m.
RECONVENING OF SPECIAL MEETING
Vice Mayor Hampton reconvened the Special Meeting at 6:20 p.m.

Council will consider for possible action adjustments to the City Manager's compensation.
MOTION BY Councilmember Bill Stipp, SECONDED BY Councilmember Joe Pizzillo to provide a market adjustment to the City Manager's base salary of $9,726. It was further moved to increase the base salary by 5% and leave all other terms as is. The motion carried as follows:
