Chairman Barnes called the meeting to order at 1:01 p.m.

APPROVAL OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL CABINET PROPOSED DESIGNS (Guylene Ozlanski, Arts and Culture Administrator)
Artists presented their public outreach and proposed concept for each traffic cabinet. The selection panel provided feedback about each concept. Chairman Barnes complimented the artists on their extensive work on public outreach. It was evident in the designs that each artist took guidance from the respective community whether it was residential or business to create artwork that enhanced the area and created a sense of place.
MOTION BY Committee Member Frances Fee, SECONDED BY Committee Member Jennifer Barnes Approve art concepts as presented by the artist for the 2021 Traffic Signal Cabinet project.
