CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 1:04 p.m.

POST EVENT DISCUSSION (Guylene Ozlanski, Arts & Culture Administrator)
- BALLET UNDER THE STARS
- GOODYEAR ROCKS
Commissioner McKenzie commented on the success of the audience engagement through the booth activities and was impressed with the over 4,000 in attendance. Commissioner Privette highly recommends continuing with this event due to the introduction of ballet to a new generation of kids. With this being the first year to host Goodyear Rocks at GRC the committee was very excited about the venue. They believe it is the perfect fit and recommend the event returns to the same space. The commission asked to consider a different time of year if possible to open up the fall calendar.

CHALK ART IN THE PARK EVENT PLANNING (Guylene Ozlanski, Arts & Culture Administrator)
Coordinator Kiper shared an update about the planning of the Chalk Art in the Park event and asked the commissioners for volunteer assistance with getting supplies ready for the event. The committee was very excited for this event and are looking forward to assisting the day of the event. Commissioners discussed doing an event survey and recommends that it is a digital survey, accessed with a QR code, and people are incentivized for taking the survey.

HOLIDAY SPECTACULAR UPDATE (Guylene Ozlanski, Arts & Culture Administrator)
Administrator Ozlanski provided an update on the Holiday Spectacular about the WVAC produced event to be held at Estrella Mountain Community College on December 8th & 9th 2021.
