Mayor Pizzillo called the Special Meeting to order at 6:59 p.m.

A VOTE MAY BE HELD TO CALL AN EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3)(4) & (7): Consultation with the City's Attorney and City Manager to receive legal advice and an update regarding options for the possible acquisition of real estate for a public use generally located near the intersection of Bullard Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road and to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding the public body’s position regarding contracts that are the subject of negotiations, in pending or contemplated litigations or in settlement discussions conducted in order to avoid or resolve litigation regarding the subject property.
MOTION BY Councilmember Sheri Lauritano, SECONDED BY Vice Mayor Brannon Hampton to CONVENE an Executive Session. The motion carried as follows:
