CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Lauritano called the City Council Subcommittee: Boards, Commissions and Committees meeting to order at 3:02 p.m.

Review applications, conduct interviews and make recommendations for appointment to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
The Subcommittee interviewed three applicants for the one vacant position on the Planning and Zoning Commission.
MOTION BY Councilmember Laura Kaino, SECONDED BY Councilmember Wally Campbell to recommend for APPOINTMENT Maria Sambito to the Planning and Zoning Commission. The motion carried as follows:

Review, discussion and possible action on the Boards, Commissions and Committees process document last updated in 2013.
