CALL TO ORDER

President Mathias called the meeting to order at 8:01 a.m.

Approval of Minutes

MOTION BY Secretary Guy Farris, SECONDED BY Treasurer Robert Manning to APPROVE the minutes of the August 24, 2021 meeting. The motion carried as follows:

AYE:: President Jay Mathias, Secretary Guy Farris, Treasurer Robert Manning

Passed - Unanimously

Reappoint a member of the GVRFRT Board of Trustees to serve a one-year term ending August 24, 2023, and reappoint a member to serve a three-year term ending August 24, 2025.

MOTION BY Secretary Guy Farris, SECONDED BY Treasurer Robert Manning to REAPPOINT Guy Farris to a one-year term and Bob Manning to a three-year term. The motion carried as follows:

AYE:: President Jay Mathias, Secretary Guy Farris, Treasurer Robert Manning

Passed - Unanimously

Elect a President, Secretary and Treasurer for one-year terms ending August 24, 2023.

MOTION BY Treasurer Robert Manning, SECONDED BY Secretary Guy Farris to ELECT Jay Mathias as President, Guy Farris as Secretary and Bob Manning as Treasurer for a term expiring on August 24, 2023. The motion carried as follows:

AYE:: President Jay Mathias, Secretary Guy Farris, Treasurer Robert Manning

Passed - Unanimously

Discussion, consideration and possible action on the Accounts, Investments and available programs.

MOTION BY Secretary Guy Farris, SECONDED BY Treasurer Robert Manning to ACCEPT the application for benefits for Wayne Howell which will result in a reduction in the balance available for investment. The motion carried as follows:
