Chair Kaino called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

MOTION BY Boardmember Patrick Doyle, SECONDED BY Boardmember Jay Mathias to APPROVE the draft minutes from the Fire Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board Meeting of November 18, 2021. The motion carried by the following vote:

Review, consideration and possible action on the application and medical records for Accidental Disability - Kenneth Heng
MOTION BY Boardmember Patrick Doyle, SECONDED BY Boardmember Liam Tierney to TABLE the application for Accidental Disability Retirement until additional information is received. The motion carried as follows:

Per ARS §38-431.03, upon a public majority vote of the members constituting a quorum, the Goodyear Fire Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board may hold an executive session for any item on the agenda.

There were no reported separations. The Board discussed receiving separations and wished to acknowledge them in the future.
| INFORMATION ITEMS |
Chair Kaino recognized City Clerk Darcie McCracken and City Clerk Specialist Jasmine Pernicano for Municipal Clerks' Week.
Board Secretary McCracken provided information regarding the training videos that the state would be creating, stating she would send them out as soon as she had them.
Chair Kaino commented that the Process Mapping would still need to be finalized hopefully during the summer or fall.
Board Attorney Sorensen provided information regarding legislation that had been in the legislature. She also stated that the Board Rules would be coming forward to a future meeting for adoption.
