CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pizzillo called the Special Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3)& (4): Consultation with the City's Attorney and City Manager to receive legal advice and to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding the public body’s position regarding contracts that are the subject of negotiations regarding a job creation agreement related to HB Enterprises LLC dba Potato Barn.
MOTION BY Councilmember Patrick Bray, SECONDED BY Councilmember Laura Kaino to CONVENE an Executive Session. The motion carried as follows:

Mayor Pizzillo reconvened the Special Meeting at 5:53 p.m.
There being no further business to discuss, Mayor Pizzillo adjourned the Special Meeting at 5:53 p.m.
