CALL TO ORDER
Chair Kaino called the Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board Meeting to order at 8:14 a.m.

Chairman Laura Kaino; Boardmember Jay Mathias; Boardmember Joe Perry; Boardmember Eric Webster
Absent:
Vice Chair Michael Stewart
Staff Present:
Acting Board Secretary Jasmine Pernicano; Human Resources Director Lyman Locket
Boardmember Jay Mathias participated via teleconference. 
 

MOTION BY Boardmember Joe Perry, SECONDED BY Boardmember Eric Webster to EXCUSE Vice Chair Michael Stewart from the meeting. The motion carried by the following vote:

Approval of Minutes
 

MOTION BY Boardmember Joe Perry, SECONDED BY Boardmember Eric Webster to APPROVE the draft minutes from the Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board Meeting on March 24, 2022. The motion carried by the following vote:

Review, discussion and possible action regarding the application and medical records for entry into the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System

MOTION BY Boardmember Joe Perry, SECONDED BY Boardmember Eric Webster to ACCEPT the applications for Dayton Delima and Ronald Lefler for entry into the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System as Goodyear employees with no pre-existing conditions. The motion carried by the following vote:
