CALL TO ORDER

Chair Kaino called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

Review, consideration and possible action on the application and medical records for Accidental Disability - Leonard Ledbetter

The Board entered into Executive Session at 8:02 a.m.

The Board reconvened in Regular Session at 8:10 a.m.

MOTION BY Boardmember Eric Webster, SECONDED BY Boardmember Joe Perry to ACCEPT the application for Accidental Disability for Leonard Ledbetter and to appoint a Medical Board to conduct an Independent Medical Examination (IME). The motion carried as follows:

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Per ARS §38-431.03, upon a public majority vote of the members constituting a quorum, the Goodyear Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board may hold an executive session for any item on the agenda.
