CALL TO ORDER
Commissioner Cross called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.

DISCUSS ARTS & CULTURE COMMISSION FACEBOOK PAGE AND SPECIAL EVENT INTEGRATION (GUYLENE OZLANSKI, ADMINISTRATOR)
Administrator Ozlanski outlined the benefits of integrating the City of Goodyear signature events into Arts and Culture Commission's social media platforms. To be more cohesive in the promotion of both arts and events it would make sense to house them in the same site. After discussing a possible name change for Arts and Culture Commission on Instagram and Facebook, the commission decided on Goodyear Arts, Culture and Events as the new name. The logo on the landing page will be updated to replace the word commission with events and to add in the color red.
