Councilmember Campbell called the meeting to order at 2:02 p.m.

Review applications, discussion and possible action for reappointment and appointment to the Judicial Advisory Committee.
MOTION BY Councilmember Laura Kaino, SECONDED BY Councilmember Wally Campbell to REAPPOINT Alex Deshuk and APPOINT Craig Jennings and Kevin Kane. The motion carried as follows:

Review applications, conduct interviews and appoint 15 members and 2 alternates to the General Plan Committee.
The Subcommittee reviewed applications and conducted interviews for the General Plan Committee.
MOTION BY Councilmember Laura Kaino, SECONDED BY Councilmember Wally Campbell to RECOMMEND FOR APPOINTMENT Jennifer Barber, Keith Drunasky, Kimberly Hill, Kristin Mercado, Don McBrayer, Jeremy Sawyer, Carlos Santos, Lynette Keating, Gregory Lehmann, Javier Vega, Mike Fulton and Patricia Kingsbury. The motion carried as follows:

Review, discussion and provide direction to staff on any outstanding vacancies on Boards, Commissions and Committees.
The Subcommittee discussed the additional openings on the General Plan Committee and directed staff to schedule interviews.
