CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pizzillo called the Special Meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) & (4): Discussion and consultation with the City Attorney and City Manager to receive an update, to consider its position, and to provide instruction/direction to City Attorney and City Manager regarding City's position in connection with contractual negotiations associated with economic development opportunities.
MOTION BY Councilmember Laura Kaino, SECONDED BY Councilmember Patrick Bray to CONVENE an Executive Session. The motion carried as follows:
