Approve the draft minutes of the Judicial Advisory committee meeting on October 18, 2022.

Reappointment Interview with Presiding Judge Galindo.
The Committee discussed rescheduling the Reappointment Interview. Chairman Hilary Weinberg stated she doesn't believe the Committee is ready to start the Reappointment Interview due to the additional documents submitted by the Court after the last meeting, not having the evaluation questions finalized, and Judge Galindo being unable to appear to today's meeting in person for her Reappointment Interview.
Human Resources Director Lyman Locket advised the Council meeting for the Judge's presentation on the Court and Reappointment decision is being moved from December 5, 2022 to January.
HR Analyst Kristin Zipprich emailed Judge Galindo during the meeting to request date availability to reschedule the Reappointment Interview. After receiving date options from Judge Galindo, the Reappointment Interview is rescheduled for November 7, 2022.
Chairman Hilary Weinberg presented the recently added evaluation materials provided by the Court, providing opportunity to ask any clarifying questions, have open discussion regarding the materials, and notated specific areas they would like to follow up with Judge Galindo. The following documents were presented for discussion:

Public Comment on Judicial Evaluation.
Tiffany Ramjag, Brittni Campanini, and Maria Fletcher appeared before the Judicial Advisory Committee to share their insight and thoughts regarding Judge Galindo and the Court.

Review Interview Questions.
The Committee reviewed the proposed Reappointment Interview questions and finalized them.
