NATIONAL LEAGUE OF CITIES (NLC) CONGRESSIONAL CITIES CONFERENCE REPORT
Chair Alan Torres Aroyo, Commissioner Azyus Byrd, Commissioner Marissa Kutt and Commissioner Paloma Sanchez provided a report on the National League of Cities Conference in Washington, DC. The Commissioners discussed conference sessions and activities; experiential learning experiences; and recommendations and key takeaways.

INFOCUS YOUTH TAKEOVER FINAL REVIEW
Mr. John Raeder presented the final version of the May InFocus "Youth Commission Takeover". Commissioners took on the responsibility of researching, interviewing, and taking photos for the magazine and created articles on topics like mental health, volunteerism and water safety. Mr. Raeder thanked the Commission for their hard work on the project.

PROJECT IDEAS PRESENTATIONS
The Youth Commission discussed possible projects for the end of the year. Potential ideas included a STEM day; robotics training; and ice cream social. After discussion, the Commission decided to pursue these recommendations next year when more time would be available for planning.
