CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pizzillo called the Special Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

A VOTE MAY BE HELD TO CALL AN EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3)(4)): Discussion and consultation with the City Attorney and City Manager to receive legal advice regarding the grant application, to consider its position, and to provide instruction/direction to City Attorney and City Manager regarding City's position in connection with contractual negotiations related intergovernmental agreements with Maricopa County and agreements with Dominium, Inc., regarding the distribution of federal ARPA funds related to affordable housing.
MOTION BY Councilmember Bill Stipp, SECONDED BY Vice Mayor Laura Kaino to CONVENE an Executive Session. The motion carried as follows:

Mayor Pizzillo adjourned the Executive Session at 5:31 p.m.
RECONVENING OF SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Pizzillo reconvened the Special Meeting at 5:31 p.m.
