CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pizzillo called the Special Meeting to order at 6:17 p.m.

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) and (4): Discussion and consultation for legal advice with City Attorney and City Manager to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding labor negotiations.
2.
Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) and (4): Discussion and consultation with the City Attorney and City Manager to receive an update, to consider its position, and to provide instruction/direction to City Attorney and City Manager regarding City's position in connection with contractual negotiations associated with economic development opportunities.
The Council moved into Executive Session at 6:29 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Pizzillo adjourned the Executive Session at 7:23 p.m.
RECONVENING OF SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Pizzillo reconvened the Special Meeting at 7:25 p.m.

There being no further business to discuss, Mayor Pizzillo adjourned the Special Meeting at 7:25 p.m.
