Chairman, Hilary Weinberg continued presenting the evaluation materials from where the Committee left off from the October 12, 2022 meeting, providing opportunity to ask any clarifying questions, have open discussion regarding the materials, and notated specific areas they would like to follow up with Judge Galindo. Judge Galindo requested to submit additional employee documentation to the committee that would provide more in depth data than what has already been provided. The Committee agreed any additional employee information provided by the Judge would be reviewed as requested. Chairman Weinberg requested any additional evaluation documents be submitted to HR Analyst, Kristin Zipprich, by email no later than Thursday, October 20, 2022.

Chairman Weinberg requested each committee member to email two potential interview questions for the Judge's evaluation to Mrs. Zipprich by noon on Tuesday, October 25, 2022. Mrs. Zipprich will collect and provide the interview questions to the committee at the next meeting.

Human Resources Director, Lyman Locket stated an agenda item will be added to the next meetings agenda providing an opportunity for anyone to come in and speak regarding the Judge's evaluation.
