CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pizzillo called the Special Meeting to order at 5:47 p.m.

A VOTE MAY BE HELD TO CALL AN EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3)(4)): Discussion and consultation with the City Attorney and City Manager to receive an update, to consider its position, and to provide instruction/direction to City Attorney and City Manager regarding City's position in connection with contractual negotiations related to the Intergovernmental Agreement for The Regional Metropolitan Phoenix Fire Services Automatic Aid and for legal options related to the provision of fire services outside of Goodyear jurisdictional limits.
MOTION BY Councilmember Wally Campbell, SECONDED BY Councilmember Bill Stipp to CONVENE an Executive Session. The motion carried as follows:

RECONVENING OF SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Pizzillo reconvened the Special Meeting at 6:20 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
