Chair Kaino called the Fire Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting to order at 8:14 a.m.

MOTION BY Boardmember Patrick Doyle, SECONDED BY Boardmember Liam Tierney to TABLE the application for Accidental Disability in order to obtain clarification from the IME doctor on the Accidental Disability Questionnaire. The motion carried as follows:

Board Attorney. Sorensen spoke about the clarification received from the state regarding the DROP extension times.
Chair Kaino inquired of Human Resources the status of the company that would be assembling the files for the boards. Human Resources Director Lyman Locket said it was in process and was in the budget for the next fiscal year.
Chair Kaino inquired of staff when the process maps would be returning for review and possible action. Board Secretary Darcie McCracken responded that it would be February or March of 2023.
