TRAFFIC CABINET PUBLIC ART PROJECT (Layne Ruiz, Arts & Culture Coordinator)
Coordinator Ruiz shared ten new traffic cabinet locations identified for FY24 that will be painted in the spring.  The traffic cabinet funds have been added to the Arts & Culture operating budget as an ongoing funded project.  Coordinator Ruiz encouraged the commissioners to continue to suggest traffic cabinet locations for the future within the parameters of an improved corner with good visibility.

6.
ARTS UPDATE (Layne Ruiz, Arts & Culture Coordinator)
Coordinator Ruiz provided an update on current public art projects.  Fire Station 188 mural of the five Cs is partially installed and on hold until the building and back lighting are complete.  Great Joy at Civic Square has gone dark while they repair the interior lighting system.  Kristin Kollash was selected to create the mosaic panel for Fire Station 182 in Estrella.  Goodyear police officers are being scanned for the fabrication of the bronze statue at the police administration building.
