CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Kaino called the Fire Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting to order at 8:43 a.m.

MOTION BY Boardmember Jay Mathias, SECONDED BY Boardmember Patrick Doyle to EXCUSE Boardmember Liam Tierney. The motion carried as follows:

Approval of Minutes
Approve the draft minutes of the December 8, 2022 Fire Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting.

MOTION BY Vice Chair Michael Stewart, SECONDED BY Boardmember Jay Mathias to APPROVE the minutes of the December 8, 2022 Fire Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting. The motion carried as follows:

Review, discussion and possible action regarding the application and medical records for entry into the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System.

Chair Kaino said this item would be tabled to allow staff to obtain the full medical reports for the new hires.
