Meeting Minutes

CALL TO ORDER

Chairman Lauritano called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.

ROLL CALL

Present:: Chairman Sheri Lauritano; Councilmember Wally Campbell; Councilmember Laura Kaino
Staff Present:: City Clerk Darcie McCracken; Assistant to the Council John Raeder; Deputy Director Parks and Recreation David Seid

PUBLIC COMMENTS

There were no public comments.

BUSINESS

Review applications, discussion and possible action to recommend for reappointment two members to the Self-Insured Heathcare Trust Board.

MOTION BY Councilmember Laura Kaino, SECONDED BY Councilmember Wally Campbell to RECOMMEND Michael Balsan and Jennifer Preyer-Bonton for re-appointment to the Self-Insured Healthcare Trust Board. The motion carried as follows:

AYE:: Chairman Sheri Lauritano, Councilmember Wally Campbell, Councilmember Laura Kaino

Passed - Unanimously

Review applications, discussion and possible action to recommend for appointment two members to the Public Improvement Corporation (PIC).

MOTION BY Councilmember Wally Campbell, SECONDED BY Councilmember Laura Kaino to RECOMMEND for appointment Peter Diliberti and Brian Murphy to the Public Improvement Corporation (PIC). THe motion carried as follows:

AYE:: Chairman Sheri Lauritano, Councilmember Wally Campbell, Councilmember Laura Kaino

Passed - Unanimously

Review applications, discussion and possible action to recommend for reappointment two members to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee.

MOTION BY Councilmember Laura Kaino, SECONDED BY Councilmember Wally Campbell to RECOMMEND for re-appointment Keisha Beard and John Cox to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission. The motion carried as follows:

AYE:: Chairman Sheri Lauritano, Councilmember Wally Campbell, Councilmember Laura Kaino

Passed - Unanimously

Review applications, conduct interviews and recommend to appoint an alternate member to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission.

MOTION BY Councilmember Wally Campbell, SECONDED BY Councilmember Laura Kaino to RECOMMEND Brian Murphy for appointment as the alternate to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee. The motion carried as follows:

AYE:: Chairman Sheri Lauritano, Councilmember Wally Campbell, Councilmember Laura Kaino

Passed - Unanimously
