CALL TO ORDER

Chair Kaino called the Fire Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

ROLL CALL

Absent:: Boardmember Liam Tierney
Staff Present:: Board Secretary Darcie McCracken; Board Attorney Lesli Sorensen
Attendees:: Lyman Locket, Human Resources Director; Chanda Washington, Benefits Analyst; Chi Herrington, Total Compensation and HRIS Manage

Vice Chair Stewart, Boardmember Doyle, Boardmember Mathias and Board Attorney Lesli Sorensen attended via Teams.

MOTION BY Board Member Patrick Doyle, SECONDED BY Vice Chair Michael Stewart to EXCUSE Boardmember Liam Tierney. The motion carried as follows:

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approve the draft minutes from the April 27, 2023 Fire Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting.

Passed - Unanimously

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Per ARS §38-431.03, upon a public majority vote of the members constituting a quorum, the Goodyear Fire Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board may hold an executive session for any item on the agenda.

MOTION BY Vice Chair Michael Stewart, SECONDED BY Boardmember Jay Mathias to CONVEME am Executive Session. The motion carried as follows:

While it was noted that the next regularly scheduled meeting would be June 22, 2023, due to unavailability of legal counsel the Board Secretary would be setting another date for the next meeting.
