The meeting was called to order at 5:36p.m. by Chariman Fee.

APPROVE CONCEPT FOR LIBRARY TEEN ART MURAL (Layne Ruiz, Coordinator)
MOTION BY Committee Member Frances Fee, SECONDED BY Committee Member Anna Johnson to approve art concepts presented by artist Persephone Preciado for the Teen Room Mural.

APPROVE CONCEPTS FOR THE FY23 TRAFFIC SIGNAL CABINET PUBLIC ART PROJECT (Layne Ruiz, Coordinator)
Artists presented their public outreach and proposed concept for each traffic cabinet. The selection panel provided feedback about each concept. Anthony Farias and Kyle Chansley will provide alternative concepts for approval at a later date.
MOTION BY Committee Member Frances Fee, SECONDED BY Committee Member Anna Johnson to approve art concepts presented by artists: Charissa Cota, Maria Madrid Reed, Ryan Williams, Shoreigh Williams, Ariel Fan and Yvonne Rabdau Alexander for the FY23 Traffic Signal Cabinet project.
