The meeting was called to order by Chairman Barnes at 12:15 p.m.

APPROVE FY23 TRAFFIC CABINET CONCEPTS (Layne Ruiz, Arts & Culture Coordinator)
Coordinator Ruiz presented outstanding Traffic Cabinet art concepts for approval.
MOTION BY Committee Member Frances Fee, SECONDED BY Committee Member Louise Privette to approve Antony Farias's concept and accept Ryan Willlam's concept in replacement of a failed artist contract.
