CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pizzillo called the Special Meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

A VOTE MAY BE HELD TO CALL AN EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-430.03(A)(1) & (A)(3): Legal advice and discussion or consideration of employment, assignment, and appointment, of the position of Presiding Judge.
MOTION BY Councilmember Bill Stipp, SECONDED BY Vice Mayor Laura Kaino to CONVENE an Executive Session. The motion carried as follows:

Mayor Pizzillo adjourned the Executive Session at 5:13 p.m.
RECONVENING OF SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Pizzillo reconvened the Special Meeting at 5:13 p.m.
