CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pizzillo called the Special Meeting to order at 12:20 p.m.

A VOTE MAY BE HELD TO CALL AN EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1): Discussion of personnel matters and interviews related to the Presiding Municipal Judge recruitment.
MOTION BY Councilmember Bill Stipp, SECONDED BY Vice Mayor Laura Kaino to CONVENE an Executive Session. The motion carried as follows:

The Council moved into Executive Session at 12:30 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Pizzillo adjourned the Executive Session at 5:01 p.m.
RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Pizzillo reconvened the Special Meeting at 5:01 p.m.
CONTINUATION OF BUSINESS

Consideration and possible action to select candidates to move forward in the selection process for Municipal Judge.
MOTION BY Councilmember Brannon Hampton, SECONDED BY Councilmember Wally Campbell to SELECT Manuel Delgado Jr and Joseph Malka to continue the process for Municipal Judge. The motion carried as follows:
