CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pizzillo called the Special Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

A VOTE MAY BE HELD TO CALL AN EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1): Discussion with the City Manager regarding her annual performance evaluation.
MOTION BY Vice Mayor Laura Kaino, SECONDED BY Councilmember Vicki Gillis to CONVENE an Executive Session. The motion carried as follows:

ADJOURNMENT OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Pizzillo adjourned the Executive Session at 6:54 p.m.
RECONVENING OF SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Pizzillo reconvened the Special Meeting at 6:54 p.m.
CONTINUATION OF BUSINESS

Council may consider for possible action adjustments to the City Manager's compensation and contract.
MOTION BY Councilmember Bill Stipp, SECONDED BY Councilmember Vicki Gillis to AUTHORIZE the Mayor to work with the City Attorney to execute an amendment to the employment contract with City Manager Wynette Reed to extend the contract and remove the expiration date, provide a market adjustment of 7.62%, and a merit increase of 7.5%, with all other terms and conditions to remain the same. The motion carried as follows:
