CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pizzillo called the Special Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

A VOTE MAY BE HELD TO CALL AN EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING:

CANVASS THE NOVEMBER 7, 2023 ELECTION RESULTS
City Clerk Darcie McCracken presented information on the Canvass, thanked the members of the Citizen Bond Exploratory Committee and added that voter turnout was 30.54%, which was one of the highest in the city's history.
Council thanked the Bond Committee for their service.

MOTION BY Councilmember Brannon Hampton, SECONDED BY Vice Mayor Laura Kaino to ADOPT RESOLUTION 2023-2369, DECLARING AND ADOPTING THE RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 7, 2023; DECLARING THE RESULTS ON THE BOND QUESTIONS; ADOPTING THIS RESOLUTION AS A CERTIFICATE OF THE RESULT; ORDERING THE INDEBTEDNESS AUTHORIZED THEREBY; AND ORDERING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THIS RESOLUTION. The motion carried as follows:
