Emergency Manager, Brian Woodard and Telecommunications Supervisor, Cynthia Hudson gave a tour of the Telecomm building and provided an overview of Telecommunications and emergency management procedures as they pertain to the youth of Goodyear.

VOLUNTEER EVENTS AND YOUTH COMMISSION OPEN HOUSE
Community Engagement Coordinator, Jeremy Dyck, discussed some upcoming volunteer events open to the Youth Commission as well as promoting next months open house for interested applicants.

DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS AND SOCIAL MEDIA ARTICLE ASSIGNMENTS AND DATE FINALIZATION
Jeremy Dyck provided a status update on the InFocus due dates to those involved in providing articles, as well as assign assigning articles for the Good Neighbor Alert to those Commissioners attending the National League of Cities event in Washington, DC next month.
