Discuss interview process for the Presiding Judge vacancy
The Judicial Advisory Committee discussed the interview schedule and by consensus, finalized the question sequence. JAC discussed the candidate ranking process.

Review, consider and possible action to make recommendations on candidates to move forward in the process.
The Judicial Advisory Committee came to a consensus on candidate rankings and a recommendation for finalists to move forward in the process.

Judicial Advisory Committee may enter into executive session to conduct interviews and discuss candidate recommendations for the Presiding Judge vacancy.
MOTION BY Board Vice Chairperson Robert Jones, SECONDED BY Board Member Ginny Boyle to CONVENE an Executive Session Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(1) for discussion of personnel matters and interviews of candidates related to the recruitment of a Presiding Municipal Judge. The motion carried as follows:
