CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Lauritano called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.

MOTION BY Board Member Laura Kaino, SECONDED BY Chairman Sheri Lauritano to excuse Boardmember Wally Campbell. The motion carried as follows:

1.
Review, discussion and possible action to re-appoint a member, appoint an alternate member and appoint the ex-officio member to the Arts and Culture Commission.
 

MOTION BY Board Member Laura Kaino, SECONDED BY Chairman Sheri Lauritano to RECOMMEND Nancy Love for re-appointment and appoint Kyoko Iwasaka as alternate to the Arts and Culture Commission. The motion carried as follows:

Review, discussion and possible action to re-appoint a member to the Self-Insured Healthcare Trust Board.
 

MOTION BY Board Member Laura Kaino, SECONDED BY Chairman Sheri Lauritano to RECOMMEND Wade Foster for re-appointment to the Self-Insured Healthcare Trust Board. The motion carried as follows:

Review, discussion and possible action to re-appoint members to the Judicial Advisory Committee.
 

MOTION BY Board Member Laura Kaino, SECONDED BY Chairman Sheri Lauritano to RECOMMEND Ginny Boyle and Robert Jones for re-appointment to the Judicial Advisory Committee. The motion carried as follows:

Review, discussion and possible action to re-appoint members to the Council Compensation Committee.
 

MOTION BY Board Member Laura Kaino, SECONDED BY Chairman Sheri Lauritano to RECOMMEND Dr. Paul Gioia and Kelly Kessler for re-appointment to the Council Compensation Committee. The motion carried as follows:

Review applications, conduct interviews and possible discussion to appoint a member to the Planning and Zoning Commission.

The Subcommittee reviewed and discussed applications and conducted interviews.
 

MOTION BY Board Member Laura Kaino, SECONDED BY Chairman Sheri Lauritano to RECOMMEND Jeremiah Smith for appointment to the Planning and Zoning Commission. The motion carried as follows:

Review applications, conduct interviews and possibly appoint members to the Citizen Water Advisory Committee.

The Subcommittee reviewed and discussed applications and conducted interviews.
 

MOTION BY Board Member Laura Kaino, SECONDED BY Chairman Sheri Lauritano to RECOMMEND the following for appointment to the Citizens Water Advisory Committee: Lynette Keating, Greg Brown, Teresa Kuleff, Robert Shirley, Elena Ross, Sheri Trapp, Tracy Yran, and Chad Gallegos.
