Chair Kaino called the Fire Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

MOTION BY Boardmember Liam Tierney, SECONDED BY Boardmember Jay Mathias to ACCEPT Elijah Coutu with no pre-existing conditions and Paris Despain and Andrew Pruismann with pre-existing conditions. The motion carried as follows:

Per ARS §38-431.03, upon a public majority vote of the members constituting a quorum, the Goodyear Fire Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board may hold an executive session for any item on the agenda.

The Board asked for a future agenda item to talk about adding a Psychological Pre-Existing Form to the required forms for pre-hire examinations.
Chair Kaino asked when the process mapping would be coming back. Secretary McCracken advised it would be in the new year due to timing issues with the Board meetings and it would be a joint meeting of both the Police and Fire Boards.
| NEXT MEETING |
The next regular meeting of the Fire Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board Meeting is tentatively scheduled for 8:00 a.m. on December 21, 2023. The Board discussed having a Special Meeting and determined that Thursday, October 12 at 8 a.m. would work.
