Subcommittee Chair Nancy Love called the meeting to order at 12:08 p.m.

2024 SPRING EVENTS OVERVIEW AND COMMISSION ENGAGEMENT (Coordinator Kristen Figueroa, Coordinator Natalie Reinen)
Coordinators Ruiz, Reiner and Figueroa presented the upcoming Spring Events lineup and event enhancements. The Arts & Culture team and the Festival & Events subcommittee discussed ways for the Commission to be involved in spring events. Events identified for the Arts & Culture Commission to have a community engagement experience at include: Theater in the Park, Way & Tag, Goodyear Lakeside Music Fest and Juneteenth Family Day.
