Christian Williams, Interim Planning Manager, provided an overview of the General Plan and its impact on growth and development. No action required.

Overview of the Integrated Water Master Plan (IWMP)
Barbara Chappell, Water Services Director, provided an overview on the Integrated Water Master Plan where she highlighted the understanding of impact fees and the infrastructure costs. No action required.
4.
Legislative Update
Ray Diaz, Water Resources Manager, provided an overview and update on legislative bills with a direct impact on water and on the role and challenges of the General Plan, IWMP, IIP, and Advisory Committee topics. No action required.
