Industrial Development Authority Updates
Finance Director Jared Askelson provided information on the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) stating that there were no outstanding debts and since the state formed its own IDA most activity goes through the state. He added that the IDA is kept open in case it's needed in the future.

In response to a request from Secretary/Treasurer Cox, Economic Development Director Wendy Bridges gave a presentation on the services, amenities, restaurants and businesses that were planned for Goodyear in the near future.

The next meeting of the Industrial Development Authority is tentatively scheduled for July 10, 2025.
