CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Paulos called the meeting to order at 12:03 p.m.

PREVIEW 2024 FALL/WINTER EVENTS (Layne Ruiz, Arts & Culture Coordinator)
Event Coordinators Natalie, Kristen, and Layne provided an overview of events hosted by the city of Goodyear through the end of 2024.

DISCUSS COMMISSIONER INVOLVEMENT IN FALL/WINTER EVENTS (Layne Ruiz, Arts & Culture Coordinator)
Coordinators Natalie, Kristen, and Layne talked to the commissioners about engagement opportunities at events. Events include Ballet Under the Stars, Fall Festival, and Chalk Art in the Park. At Ballet Under the Stars, Commissioners will hand out glow to the public. Commissioners discussed Fall Festival themes for their annual candy booth, and ultimately decided on Adams Family. At Chalk Art in the Park, Commissioners will assist with artist check-in and voting. Commissioners voiced their excitement for the upcoming events.
