Commissioner Barnes called the meeting to order at 12:01 p.m.

SELECT AND APPROVE ARTIST FOR VETERANS DAY MURAL EXPERIENCE (Layne Ruiz, Arts & Culture Coordinator)
Commissioners reviewed and discussed artist applications for the FY25 Veterans Day Mural Experience.
MOTION BY Committee Member Jennifer Barnes, SECONDED BY Committee Member Louise Privette to select artists: Anthony Farias, Rebekah Unsworth, Maria Madrid Reed, Egypt Hagan, Cynthia Bluford Mejia, Dariana Trevizo, Abel Aguilar, Adrian Ramirez, Marisa Richmond and Persephone Preciado for the FY25 Veterans Day Mural Experience.
