Commissioner Barnes called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m.

VETERANS DAY MURAL ARTIST PRESENTATION AND ARTWORK APPROVAL (Layne Ruiz, Arts & Culture Coordinator)
Commissioners reviewed and discussed artist applications for the FY25 Veterans Day Mural Experience. The following artists were selected: Anthony Farias, Rebekah Unsworth, Maria Madrid Reed, Egypt Hagan, Cynthia Bluford Mejia, Dariana Trevizo, Abel Aguilar, Adrian Ramirez, Marisa Richmond and Persephone Preciado.
MOTION BY Commissioner Jennifer Barnes, SECONDED BY Commissioner Louise Privette to approve the selection of the following artist for the FY25 Veterans Day Mural Experience: Anthony Farias, Rebekah Unsworth, Maria Madrid Reed, Egypt Hagan, Cynthia Bluford Mejia, Dariana Trevizo, Abel Aguilar, Adrian Ramirez, Marisa Richmond and Pereshone Preciado.
