Boardmember Campbell called the Council Subcommittee: Boards, Commissions, and Committees meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.

The Subcommittee recognized Boardmember Campbell as Chair of the Council Subcommittee, in line with Council seniority.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approve the draft minutes of the City Council Subcommitee: Boards, Commissions and Committees meeting on November 20, 2024.

The Subcommittee acknowledged the meeting minutes as presented.

Review applications, conduct interviews and discuss appointment to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
The Subcommittee reviewed two applications and conducted interviews with Justin McLendon and Teri Roberts, and discussed the appointment to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
Development Services Director Katie Wilken provided an overview of the Planning & Zoning Commission's responsibilities and duties.

Review and discussion regarding process and upcoming vacancies.
Acting City Clerk Jasmine Pernicano presented an overview of anticipated vacancies in 2025 and received support to update the Boards, Commissions, and Committees application, along with feedback on sharing the applications recommended for consideration by the staffing department.
